While some of us were still in diapers when EIS first had its start, others, who we are proud to say are still with us today, were sweating over a small business with big dreams. From the five-person staff in 1981, EIS has grown, blossomed and expanded to a glittering group of over 80 employees and collaborators worldwide. That said, we can say that the original dreams have become reality and the dreams of today keep us going strong year after year.

Now, everyone knows that the secret to a successful company is a great staff, and this is the precise ingredient that keeps us at the top of this ever-changing and sophisticated market. Coming together from all over the world, we bring different cultures, ideas, experiences, perspectives and talents that unite at one common point, our passion for travel. Of course, we must admit that we've all had our share of questionable culture-shock during exchanges between our Boston and Rome offices… the moment of hesitation when one goes in for the traditional European on-the-cheek kiss and the other goes for a hug or handshake, and let's not forget that Americans can always go for a cappuccino after a hearty steak dinner… where's the problem?

At the end of the day and after more than a quarter of a century, we've learned to embrace our funny and stubbornly unchangeable differences and this acceptance has made us the big family that we are. As any good family does, we'll always open our doors to you, so let us show you the tricks of the trade and the special details that we've cultivated from day one.
