What We've Done: New York High School Chorus Makes Pizza in Rome
The students of Saint Anthony's High School Chorus were off on a
whirlwind tour through Italy where they performed choral concerts in Palermo,
Giarre and Rome. In addition to displaying their beautiful voices, the kids were
able to experience the rich culture and history while having fun. They also
experienced some surprises along the way!

Why: In between performing Verdi, Gounod and Bach, St.
Anthony's High School chorus participated in some fun team-building activities
such as Pizza Making.
How: Whats more fun than rolling up your
sleeves and making pizza? On February 24th, the students of Saint Anthony's High
School from New York showed off more than just their singing abilities. The kids
arrrived at Rome's prestigious "Gambero Rosso" cooking school where all 140 of
them received a hands-on lesson in pizza making. This time the multi-talented
students learned the secrets to preparing a perfect pizza - well, not perfect,
but certainly delicious! Even teachers were able to show off their culinary
skills. They kneaded dough, added sauce, loaded toppings and finally were able
to feast on their masterpieces!
